The celebrity beauty licensing company Boldface Group announced that it has added a fifth board member, Victor Azrak, who will be an independent director. Plus, Frank Peticca will be providing strategic planning, operational efficiencies and financial management consulting services.

Azrak co-founded American Marketing Enterprises (AME), which has grown to become the leading licensed sleepwear company in the industry. Peticca is a CPA and has over 30 years of experience working in finance and operations.

“The addition of Victor and Frank will add an additional layer of depth and experience to Boldface,” said Boldface’s president and CEO Nicole Ostoya. “We are growing rapidly and the operations support will help us advance as a company.”
